Renters see your city and ZIP only. Your street address is released after they have paid — it is never shown on the map, in search, or to AVRIO's assistant.

Set the blocks you rent in. The amount you enter is what you are paid — AVRIO adds 20% on top for the renter. Nothing is deducted from your side.
What you are paid for each hour beyond the block. Leave blank if you do not allow overtime.
A wide shot of the main room first. Spaces with real photos get booked; spaces without them do not.
Optional, and off unless you turn it on. If you allow it, you earn a share of every paid sponsor view on your page. You can change this at any time.
