⚠️ AX8 Token Notice
AX8 is a utility token on the Solana blockchain, earned through engagement with the AVRIO rewards network. AX8 tokens are earned — not purchased — and are not offered as an investment. AVRIO makes no promise of profit or increase in token value. AVRIO USA is not a registered financial institution or broker-dealer.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AVRIO website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by AVRIO USA ("AVRIO," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you, including those of your jurisdiction of residence.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. AVRIO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AX8 is a utility token on the Solana blockchain, earned through Platform participation (watching ads, visiting kiosks, attending events, referring friends, and other engagement activities) — it is not sold or offered as an investment, and AVRIO makes no representations regarding AX8's value, liquidity, or future price. AX8 is not a security, and nothing in these Terms or the Platform should be construed as an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency and token values can be highly volatile, and AVRIO is not responsible for any loss in value.
The Platform offers multiple ways to earn AX8, including but not limited to watching sponsored ads, scanning kiosk QR codes, attending events, completing weekly missions, and referring new users. Reward amounts may be set as fixed USD targets that are converted to AX8 at the live market rate at the time of the reward, meaning the AX8 amount you receive may vary based on market price even when the underlying value target does not. AVRIO may change reward structures, USD targets, eligible activities, or discontinue any earning mechanism at any time, at our discretion, without prior notice.
Users may refer other individuals to the Platform using a unique referral code or link. Both the referring user and the referred user may receive AX8 rewards upon successful signup and qualifying activity, subject to reward rules in effect at the time. AVRIO reserves the right to deny or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, fake accounts, or violation of these Terms. Referral rewards are paid once per unique referrer/referee pair and may not be claimed multiple times through repeat or duplicate accounts.
The Platform may display sponsored content from third-party advertisers and partners, including but not limited to product/brand ad campaigns and sponsored real estate listings. Any interaction with sponsored content that connects you with a third party (e.g., calling an advertiser, viewing a listing) is between you and that third party; AVRIO is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content, the conduct of advertisers, or any transaction or communication you have with them. Sponsored content is paid placement and is not an endorsement by AVRIO of any product, service, or third party.
You may connect a third-party self-custody wallet (e.g., Phantom) to transfer AX8 out of the Platform. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase — AVRIO never has access to these and cannot recover them if lost. Submitted transfers are deducted from your in-app balance immediately and are sent on-chain following back-office review, which may take up to 48 hours. AVRIO reserves the right to reject any transfer request at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, error, or violation of these Terms; rejected transfers will be refunded to your in-app balance. Once AX8 is released on-chain to your wallet, it is outside AVRIO's control and subject to the rules of the Solana network and your wallet provider.
You agree not to: • Create multiple or fake accounts to abuse referral, reward, or mission systems • Use bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the Platform • Falsify your location to trigger geofence-based rewards or alerts • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Platform's reward calculations or security • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Impersonate any person or entity, including advertisers or other users
The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party sponsored content and user-submitted content), is owned by AVRIO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AVRIO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AX8 WILL HOLD OR RETAIN ANY PARTICULAR VALUE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVRIO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TOKEN VALUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVRIO from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
AVRIO may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time through the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
