Accessibility — AVRIO ONE, Inc.

Version 7.5 · Last updated October 21, 2026

AVRIO aims to make its app, kiosks and avrioone.com accessible, using WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a design target where applicable. Not every existing kiosk supports all accessibility features. For assistance, email info@avrioone.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. We aim to respond within two business days; this is a service target, not a guarantee.

8.1 Equal access and nondiscrimination

AVRIO is committed to providing people who are blind, have low vision, or use assistive technology a substantially equivalent opportunity to access their respective digital services, subject to applicable law. No user will be denied access solely because they use a screen reader, magnification, keyboard, switch control, voice control or other assistive technology. Accessibility requests and complaints will not result in retaliation.

8.2 Digital accessibility standards and testing

AVRIO uses WCAG 2.1 Level AA as their current design target for applicable websites and app experiences, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA considered in ongoing improvements. These are goals, not representations that every screen or feature currently conforms. Accessibility testing should include keyboard-only use, iOS VoiceOver, Android TalkBack where applicable, text enlargement, high contrast, focus order, meaningful control names, error announcements and accessible authentication. Material barriers identified through testing or user reports should be triaged and remediated according to severity and feasibility.

8.6 AVRIO kiosks and staffing services

AVRIO aims to assess kiosk accessibility at installation and during upgrades, including screen visibility, reach and positioning, readable contrast, audio or assistive alternatives where supported, and accessible ways to obtain the same essential information or service. Not every existing kiosk currently supports all accessibility features. Where a kiosk is inaccessible, AVRIO will work with the location or service provider to identify a reasonable alternative, as applicable. The AVRIO staffing listing, booking links and VIVEX "Available for hire" switch should be evaluated for screen-reader and keyboard accessibility.

8.7 Accessibility support and alternative formats

For AVRIO websites, apps or kiosks, email info@avrioone.com with "Accessibility" in the subject, and identify the page, screen or kiosk location if possible. Users may request assistance with accessible documents, event information, tickets or essential transactions. AVRIO aims to acknowledge accessibility inquiries within two business days; this is a service target, not a guaranteed resolution deadline. Requests will be considered individually, and reasonable alternatives will be explored where appropriate.

8.8 Privacy, communications and complaints

Users should not be required to disclose a medical diagnosis to report an accessibility barrier. Information voluntarily submitted with an accessibility request should be handled under the applicable Privacy Policy and used only as reasonably necessary to address the request, manage the case, meet legal duties and maintain records. Accessibility complaints may also be submitted through ordinary support channels. Users retain any rights and remedies provided by applicable disability-access, consumer-protection and privacy laws.

8.9 Governance, verification and updates

AVRIO will review this policy as their products and legal obligations evolve.
