AX8 Rewards Terms

These terms cover AX8 earned, held, used and transferred through AVRIO. AVRIO ONE, Inc. operates the AVRIO rewards program and is responsible for crediting rewards, keeping your in-app balance, and reviewing and sending the wallet transfers you request. AX8 earned in the VIVEX app is covered by VIVEX EVENT, Inc.'s terms.

1. What AX8 is. AX8 is a digital reward token. It is offered as a reward for activity, not sold as an investment. We make no promise about its value, its price, or whether you can sell it. Your in-app AX8 balance is a record we keep for you; it becomes a token you control only after an approved transfer to your own wallet.

2. How reward amounts are set. Most rewards are set in US dollars and converted to AX8 at the live market price when the reward is credited. If no current price is available, the reward waits until one is. Reward amounts are shown in AX8 at the live rate, not as dollar amounts.

3. Joining a reward program. Every reward program is optional. Before you earn for the first time, the app shows a link to these terms and the Notice of Financial Incentive. You join a program only by choosing to take part, for example by:

• tapping "Watch & earn" on a sponsored video
• tapping "Share — you both earn" to share an ad
• submitting a sponsor follow claim
• sending your referral link
• scanning a kiosk ad

4. Ways to earn and limits

Ads marked 21+ pay rewards only after you confirm you are 21 or older.

5. Pending rewards. Most rewards first appear as Pending and are released to your balance after review, usually within 48 hours. Pending rewards are not yet yours to spend or transfer. We may decline or reverse a reward that does not meet these terms.

6. Using AX8.

• Pay for bookings with AX8 where offered, at the live rate shown before you confirm.
• Transfer to your own wallet: there is no minimum amount. The amount leaves your balance when you submit the request. Our team reviews each request and usually sends it within 48 hours; we pay the network fee. You can cancel a request before it is approved. Rejected requests return to your balance. Sent transfers are final.
• A transfer is not a cash payout. We do not buy AX8 back or exchange it for money. Whether you can sell AX8 elsewhere, and for how much, depends on markets we do not control. You alone control your wallet and its keys.

7. Leaving a reward program. You can stop at any time by no longer taking part. To also stop us using your information for rewards, email legal@avrioone.com. Rewards already released to your balance stay yours.

8. If you delete your account. Deleting your account does not by itself give up your rewards.

• Before you delete: the app offers to transfer your entire released AX8 balance to your own wallet. There is no minimum amount.
• If you delete without transferring: we keep your released AX8 balance for 30 days so you can still claim it. Email legal@avrioone.com from your account email with your wallet address, and we will send it.
• Pending rewards: rewards still under review when you delete are reviewed as usual, and those that pass are added to your claimable balance. If any are still under review on day 30, we finish the review and email you the result; rewards that pass can be claimed within 30 days of that email. Rewards that do not pass review are cancelled.
• Transfers already requested: they are still reviewed and sent to the wallet you gave. If one is rejected (for example, because the wallet address is invalid), the AX8 is added to your claimable balance and we email you; you can claim it within 30 days of that email by replying with a valid wallet address.
• After 30 days: the general claim window ends. This does not shorten any later window described above: rewards approved after deletion and AX8 from a rejected transfer can be claimed for 30 days from the email telling you about them, even if that runs past the general deadline. When the applicable window ends, we stop holding the balance for an email claim, and any unclaimed balance is handled as applicable law requires, including unclaimed-property laws where they apply. It is not moved to a new account if you sign up again.

AX8 is never paid out as cash. AX8 already sent to your own wallet is not affected. Before you confirm deletion, the app shows your current balance and Pending rewards, and explains these steps.

9. Abuse. One account per person. Rewards gained through bots, location faking, duplicate or shared accounts, fake follows, or bugs are cancelled, and the account may be suspended or closed, with any balance gained through abuse forfeited.

10. Changes and expiration. We may change reward amounts, activities and rules going forward; changes do not take back rewards already released, except for abuse or error. AX8 does not currently expire. If we ever introduce expiration or close inactive accounts, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email.
